"Our family has been at The Tama Dojo for six years now. It is the best decision we ever made for our boys. We have all four of our boys enrolled at The Tama Dojo. It has helped them in so many ways. Being a martial artist has boosted their self-esteem immensely. It also has taught them discipline, respect and how to defend themselves. This is important to me as parent of all boys. It has carried over to all areas of their lives including school. They enjoy going to class every week and have made so many friends there as well. The owner, Shihan Mario Mastro, has been such a great role model for my kids as well. I would never consider going anywhere else."

Thank you for the birthday wishes! The card you sent is thoughtful and greatly appreciated. I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for everything. It was exactly a year ago, last August, that I started training under you. My training has been everything that you promote and more! The cardio and conditioning alone have been worth it. Along with a better diet, I have lost over 20 pounds since I started training at your dojo. But more than that, the confidence and difference in mindset make me better at my job and safer on a daily basis. Secondly, the training and knowledge that you offer is second to none! I tell my wife all the time that your dojo is like a library; the information is there, I just have to show up to learn. And lastly, the general atmosphere and sense of family that you've created at the dojo is addicting. The group of instructors, adults, and teens that I train with each week, not to mention the parent-child class, really push me to not only be a better martial artist but a better person as well.
